This cassette is not a real tape release, but more a collection of rehearselstapes circulated among friendes between 1989-90 in a small town called Haugesund (on the west cost of Norway). I thought it was the most interesting band in this town, and they had some great Sex Pistols-like performances (this was in the start of a growing music scene in Haugesund, the music scene later died (R.I.P.)). The music was more 77 punk music, with Norwegian lyrisc about beeing pissed and stay drunk- behaviour. And so was the name choosen, BRUKT DASSPAPIR. Used toilet papir as in English, named more like a stupid joke. On this tape you will find some great songs in Alternativ Hiimsmoen, Revafôr and Julegall in true 77 punk fashion, and more cover songs from other great bands as Joy Division and De Press. And some fucked up versions of Help and Public image. Listening to this tapes is not a very great audiocal eksperience, but who cares any way.
